We are a seed stage start-up building a decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol for institutional traders. We are currently in stealth mode and raising our seed round. This is why we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in derivatives and a deep understanding of the institutional selling process.
As the first Sales Manager at Rho Labs, you will play a crucial role in building our commercial pipeline.
We will be able to share more information with you such as Litepaper and brief on a call.
The ideal candidate will have built up an understanding of the DeFi space and a passion for this emerging industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share within the institutional market
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key institutional clients and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Stay current on market trends and regulatory developments in the derivatives and DeFi space Provide feedback and insights to internal teams on market conditions, client needs, and competitive activity
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the derivatives market, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of institutional sales processes, including compliance and regulatory requirements
- Experience in the DeFi space is highly desired
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for the industry
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
